We offer all major types of DVD replication including the standard DVD-5, DVD-9, DVD-10 and DVD-18. DVD-5 is the most popular and with a 4.7 GB capacity, holds nearly 7 times as much data as a CD (700 MB). DVD-9s will hold 8.54 GB of data, DVD-10s hold 9.4 GB and DVD-18s have a capacity of 17.08 GBs (more than two-thirds the capacity of a single-layer Blu-Ray DVD). Because of these existing options and the low cost and abundance of standard DVD players and computer DVD-rom/RW drives, this technology will continue to be the de facto standard for the majority of replication customers.

DVD replication differs from DVD duplication in that in involves actually stamping (or molding) the data onto the plastic DVDs. This means that every disc we replicate will be an exact replica of your master (regardless of whether it's DVD data, audio, or DVD video), and it also means that we can manufacture tens of thousands of DVDs per day saving you valuable time and money. Because the data is stamped onto the disc and covered by another protective layer of plastic, rather than merely written (or 'burned') in the case of duplication, DVD replication produces a much more durable product. Our replicated DVDs are also printed with a high-quality process of up to 6 colors and covered with a protective lacquer, which means your DVD label art will also outlast the Inkjet or Thermal printing on duplicated DVDs.

Within 1 to 3 days of receiving your artwork, we will email you an electronic (PDF) proof for you to approve or make changes to. We can also make the changes for you at an additional charge. Once the approval has been received, replication is typically complete within 7-10 days. We can also provide rush processing options for mission critical replication projects including up to a 2 day turn-around.

We can ship your DVDs in bulk in specially designed cartons including double-corrugated stack separators, or package them for you in a large variety of DVD packaging options, including amaray-style DVD cases, jewel cases, sleeves, trimpaks, digipacks (Digipaks), clamshells, custom hinged boxes and binders and much, much more.
