CD replication differs from CD duplication in that in involves actually stamping (or molding) the data onto the plastic an inner plastic layer of the CD. This means that every disc we replicate will be an exact replica of your master, and it also means that we can manufacture tens of thousands of CDs per day saving you valuable time and money. Because the data is stamped onto the disc and then covered by another protective layer of plastic, rather than merely written (or 'burned') in the case of duplication, replication produces a significantly more durable product. Our replicated CDs are also printed with a high-quality process of up to 6 colors and covered with a protective lacquer, which means your CD label art will also outlast the Inkjet or Thermal printing on duplicated media.

Within 1 to 3 days of receiving your artwork, we will email you an electronic (PDF) proof for you to approve or make changes to. We can also make the changes for you at an additional charge. Once the approval has been received, replication is typically complete within 7 or 8 days. We can also provide rush processing options for mission critical replication projects including up to a 2 day turn-around.

We can ship your CDs in bulk in specially designed cartons including double-corrugated stack separators, or package them for you in a large variety of CD packaging options including amaray cases, jewel cases, sleeves, trimpaks, digipacks, clamshells or C-style trimpacks, and much, much more.
